Yo! im back because i didnt write my F&N entry well enough so im here again to do a better one .also because my layout for those pictures were very bad so i must make another post. firstly i learn things like what vitqamins there are in fruits and vegetables , then i learn things like how to cook and what types of cookinh methods there are. first there is steaming,grilling,frying,microwaving,and.....douno already so write many more.i feel that this subject is hard because there are many things to learn but when it is during test it is very easy to score because the questions are only common sense questions so this is the end of my post and i know that it is very lame.So sad i cannot put pictures so i will continue with my post i learn more about the food pyramid and the best level in the pyramid that we sholud eat more of ,which is the lowest part .Ai yo so many sensible things that i write ,so i hope can pass.

ok im just kidding the food is not what i cooked , i cooked an even better food look!

i think that F&N is the hardest subject to learn but the easiest subject to score.ok! i finish my thoughts and now im finish with this assighment!
